Erik Hendrikson
President
Erik is an original founding partner of Tradition Mortgage in 1998, and currently serves as the company President. Erik has over 20 years of mortgage and banking industry experience. Besides overseeing Tradition Mortgage, Erik runs Tradition Construction Capital, a finance company affiliate of the Tradition Companies, which provides construction funding to local area builders. Erik holds a degree in Financial Economics from Gustavus Adolphus College (St. Peter, MN), where he also played four years of varsity hockey and football. Erik and his wife, Leah, have three daughters (Gwen, Lily, and Eva) and have been residents in Edina since 2001. When not immersed in the lending business, Erik is heavily involved in coaching girls’ hockey and flag football in Edina.
